Changzhou Ougang Changsheng Decorative Materials Co., Ltd. is a professional company manufacturing new-style floor decorating materials. Located in Changzhou Henglin Cuibei Industrial District in the famous waterside city of Changzhou, the company has a good environment and especially a transportation advantage with Huning Railway, Jinghang Canal and 312 National Road to the south, Huning Highway to the north, within a distance of 20 kilometers to Changzhou Airport.

The company was set up in August, 1995, covering an area of 30000 square meters with a building area of 15000square meters consisting of standard workshops and warehouses. The company has brought in laminated floor producing technology and production lines with an international advanced producing level. The company produces flooring 3,000,000 square meters per year which sell well in both international and domestic markets.

The company keeps its initial goal to gain a good-brand with good quality, so it has carried out normalization management and been strict in the product quality control. As a result, the company has been awarded "Green Indoor Decorating Materials" by the National Building Decorating Materials Association in 2002.
